Our Red Swing Blend is built for both espresso and drip, bringing together coffees processed both washed and natural to create something layered, balanced, and dependable. Roasted medium to highlight comfort and clarity.
You’ll notice smooth milk chocolate and warm roasted peanut notes right away, followed by a gentle sweetness like cane sugar. A touch of citrus rounds it out, adding just enough brightness to keep things interesting without ever overwhelming the cup.

Guatemala Single Origin – Medium Roast
Crafted in small batches, this Guatemala offering is the kind of coffee that quietly becomes part of your daily rhythm. Grown at elevations between 1600–1800 meters and fully washed.
You’ll find soft notes of cocoa powder and toasted almond up front, rounded out by a subtle granola sweetness. A gentle citrus finish lifts the cup.

Sourced as a single origin and naturally processed, this coffee highlights depth, warmth, and a smooth, rounded sweetness. Roasted to a medium profile, it brings out a balanced cup that’s rich, approachable, and full of character.
You’ll notice soft milk chocolate up front, followed by a subtle raisin sweetness that adds a gentle fruit depth. As it settles, notes of cane sugar and roasted peanuts come through, creating a cup that feels comforting, balanced, and easy to enjoy from start to finish.

Nicaragua Single Origin – Washed Process | Medium Roast
Grown between 1300–1700 meters and fully washed for clarity. This coffee brings structure and smoothness together in a way that feels intentional. Roasted to a medium profile, it allows the natural character of the coffee to shine without getting in its way.
You’ll find rich dark chocolate at the foundation, layered with a gentle walnut nuttiness. As the cup opens up, notes of stone fruit and raisin begin to show, adding a subtle sweetness and depth. A soft citrus finish ties it all together.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe – Washed Process | Light Roast
Grown at elevations between 1900–2400 meters in the highlands of Yirgacheffe, this washed lot is all about clarity, vibrancy, and refined sweetness. Roasted light to preserve its natural character, it delivers a cup that’s bright ,layered, expressive, and incredibly clean.
You’ll notice soft malt up front, followed by a fresh lime brightness that brings a lively, tangy acidity. As it settles, a delicate sugary sweetness rounds everything out, creating a cup that feels both crisp and balanced.

Colombia Decaf – EA Decaffeination | Dark Roast
Grown at elevations between 1800–2100, this single origin decaf is processed using the EA (Ethyl Acetate) method, preserving its natural character while delivering a full, satisfying cup. Roasted dark to enhance its richness, it offers a profile that’s bold, smooth, and deeply comforting.
You’ll notice rich dark chocolate up front, followed by a warm caramel sweetness that adds depth and body. As it develops, notes of roasted almond and dried fruit emerge, with a subtle hint of orange bringing a gentle brightness to the finish.
