here we go

We’ve been thinking about this for a while now. How to open things up a bit more, how to let you in on what’s happening behind the bar, behind the walls, behind the moments that don’t always make it to a post or a quick conversation across the counter.

So… this is us, pulling the car over, rolling the windows down, and saying: hop in.

We’re starting something new here.

Not just updates. Not just announcements. But a space where we can actually talk about what we’re building, what we’re dreaming about, what’s coming next, and sometimes, what didn’t go as planned (because those are usually the better stories anyway).

Think of this like a mixtape we’re making together.

Some weeks might feel like a deep dive into coffee. Why something tastes the way it does, what we’re experimenting with, what we’re learning. Other weeks might be a sneak peek at something we’re working on that we probably shouldn’t be sharing yet… but will anyway.

There will be new drinks before they hit the menu.
Ideas before they become real.
Moments that matter, even if they’re small.

And through all of it, the goal is simple:
to make this feel less like a business talking at you and more like a conversation we’re having with you.

Because if you’ve ever sat in one of our chairs, or stood in line on a busy morning, or stayed a little longer than you planned… you’re already part of the story.

This is just us finally writing it down.

So here’s to new roads, new ideas, and letting you see a little more of what’s ahead.
